Helmet wrap

Customise your helmet in carbon, matte black, chrome or fluo. 25 or 50 cm is plenty, and it follows the curve of the helmet with heat.

Helmet wrap

Customising your helmet with vinyl is cheap, quick and reversible. You can cover it completely in matte black or carbon, or add stripes and details in fluo or chrome for visibility and style. As a helmet is a sphere, the film has to stretch a lot: that's where you notice most that ours is heat-formable.

Full cover or details

To cover the whole helmet, you work in zones (crown, sides and back), with pieces that overlap slightly at the edges. For details, cut stripes or shapes and apply them over the original paint.

How much do you need?

For details and stripes, 25 cm (€14.99). To cover the whole helmet, 50 cm (€25.99), with margin to redo a piece.

Safety

Don't wrap the visor or cover the approval labels. Vinyl doesn't affect the structure of the helmet, but don't use solvents to clean it first: water and a neutral soap, plus a little isopropyl alcohol, are enough.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cover a helmet with vinyl?

Yes, in pieces. A helmet is very curved, so you work zone by zone, warming the film so it fits.

How much vinyl do I need?

For details, 25 cm. To cover it completely, 50 cm.

Does it affect the helmet's approval?

Vinyl is decorative and doesn't change the structure, but don't cover the approval labels or wrap the visor.

Which finish is most visible?

The fluo colours, especially yellow, stand out most in daylight.
