Delivery policy
1. Carrier and packaging
We deliver by SEUR courier to the address you give us. Vinyl is sent rolled in a strong tube so it arrives without creases. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
2. Delivery cost and free delivery

All amounts include VAT. You will see the exact cost on the checkout page before you place your order. The countries we deliver to are those you can select at checkout; for some EU countries we sell through our local shops.
3. Delivery times
- Preparation: orders paid before 4 pm (CET) on a working day usually leave our warehouse the same day; the rest, the next working day.
- Delivery: 3–5 working days.
Times are a guide; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count. If there is a risk of delay, we will let you know by email. We deliver within 30 days at the latest. If this period is exceeded, you can cancel the contract and we will refund everything you have paid.
4. Delivery and risk
For consumers, we bear the risk of transport until you, or a person you have designated, take possession of the parcel. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we will deal with everything and offer you a replacement or a refund.
If the tube is dented, crushed or open on delivery, ask the courier to note the damage if possible, and take photos before opening it. Ideally, let us know within 48 hours so we can claim on the carrier's insurance. Reporting it later does not limit your statutory rights.
5. Absence and incorrect address
The courier makes several delivery attempts or may leave the parcel at a nearby pick-up point. If the parcel comes back to our warehouse because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated absence or an unjustified refusal to accept it, the actual cost of the return will be deducted from the refund or added to the new delivery.
