Vinyl King is a brand of El Rey de las Moquetas S.L., which trades in each country under different brands and domains (Rey Vinilo, Rei Vinil, Roi Vinyle, Vinylkönig, Re Vinile, Vinylkoning, Król Winylu and Vinyl King). They all belong to the same provider.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the website. By using the website, you accept the terms as published at that time. Purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of sale.

2. Technical requirements

To use the website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled and, if you want to place an order, an active email address.

3. Use of the website

Use the website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, it is forbidden to:

  • access accounts, systems or protected parts of the website without permission, or spread viruses or other malicious software;
  • use robots, scraping or other automated methods to extract texts, photos or data from the website without the provider's written consent, or use its content to train AI models, unless the law allows it;
  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

The provider may block access for anyone who breaches these terms. The website is intended for adults with full legal capacity.

4. Product information

  • Photos and colours: product photos are for illustration. The shade, gloss and texture may vary slightly depending on your screen, the lighting and the production batch.
  • Sizes and quantities: the lengths of vinyl given for each part (roof, bonnet, wing mirrors…) are a guide. Measure the surface before ordering.
  • Application and removal: the provider is not liable for damage caused by incorrect application or removal, excessive heat, or application on non-original, resprayed, damaged or uncured paint, which may come away when the vinyl is removed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Technical availability: the provider does not guarantee that the website will work without interruptions or errors, but takes reasonable security measures and may take the website offline temporarily for maintenance.

5. Customer reviews

Until Vinyl King has collected its own reviews, we show the average rating and selected reviews of Roi Tapis from the Avis Vérifiés (www.avis-verifies.com/avis-clients/roitapis.fr) and Trustpilot platforms. Roi Tapis is an online shop from the same group, and we always say so next to the reviews. The reviews relate to purchases from Roi Tapis, not to Vinyl King products. They were written in French; we show them in a faithful English translation, with the author's name abbreviated, and the links lead to the original reviews. The rating shown is the one published by the platform and is updated regularly. Each platform checks according to its own procedures whether the reviews come from consumers who actually bought or used the products. The provider does not alter reviews or select them in exchange for payment.

6. Intellectual property and trade marks

The texts, photos, graphics, logos, trade marks and other content on the website belong to the provider or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication without written permission is forbidden, unless the law provides otherwise.

Car manufacturers' brands mentioned belong to their owners and are used only descriptively, to indicate what a product is suitable for.

Anyone who publishes photos or reviews of our products, for example with the hashtag #VinylKing, grants the provider a free, non-exclusive permission to show them on the website and on its social media. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing hello@vinylking.eu. You can report infringements to the same address.

7. Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Avis Vérifiés, Trustpilot or social media). The provider has no control over their content or policies and is not responsible for them.

8. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the cookie policy.

9. Complaints about the website and disputes

You can send complaints about how the website works to hello@vinylking.eu; we will reply within 14 days. As a consumer, you can get free help from your national consumer authority (in Ireland, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, www.ccpc.ie; in Estonia, the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, www.ttja.ee; in Bulgaria, the Commission for Consumer Protection, www.kzp.bg) and, for cross-border matters, from the European Consumer Centre in your country (www.eccnet.eu).

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you are habitually resident. If any provision is found to be invalid, the rest remain in force.
